Promotional campaigns boost engagement, win customers, and help brands grow. But did you know that there’s an award show dedicated to the industry's best and brightest? Every year, the FMBE awards (short for Field Marketing and Brand Experience) are given out based on creativity, ambition and campaign achievements.
For 2025, Promohire made the shortlist in 3 different categories!

FMBE provides regular online news about shake-ups in the marketing industry. It also recognises difficult wins and looks at new and inventive branding experiences. They run articles covering a broad range of topics, from why live marketing proves effective, to tours of public hotspots.
The annual FMBE awards showcase expertly run field marketing projects from across the UK. Categories include Sales Campaign of the Year, Most Immersive Event and Brand Ambassador of the Year to name a few, so they cover many facets of experiential marketing that can sometimes go unrecognised.
The FMBE brand experience awards also encourage brands to do their bit for the planet, calling out sustainability champions for their eco-friendly methods. It’s a great way to raise awareness for a topic that really matters today.
Here are the campaigns that we submitted for 2025, and which made the award shortlist...
Running a campaign can be tough, but it would be almost impossible from the other side of the world! That’s why QV Skincare (an Australian brand) partnered with Promohire and The Do Collective agency to create a fully branded Airstream, where the UK public could try out skincare products and learn more about the brand.
Aside from the vehicle design and build, we also provided the decorative wrap, sourced locations, and arranged staffing so QV’s specialists could focus on guest education. The Airstream travelled to London, Birmingham, Manchester and Edinburgh, and the whole campaign proved a major success!

In honour of The Witcher’s third season, Netflix partnered with Promohire to create a brand experience people wouldn’t forget! They wanted a classic ice cream van emblazoned with characters from the show, an oversized medallion, standees and 3D chains – all to create a unique, experiential marketing event.
Most importantly, the Witcher-themed ice cream had to be just right! To make that happen, we consulted with Soft Service Society and came up with a special black ice cream, white candy floss, strawberry blood, and a Witchery wafer to match the show’s themes.
By handing out chilled treats in the summer, Netflix connected with a wider audience than ever before. And that’s exactly what field marketing is all about!

BiOrbic, a company which actively promotes sustainability, came to Promohire with an idea. They wanted a promotional exhibition vehicle, designed to look like a typical Irish home. Kids would be able to walk through and learn more about renewable materials, and the bus would need to run on green energy to help enforce the message.
So, our team got to work building an interior out of FSC-approved wood, in such a way that everything could be taken out post-campaign and turned into a permanent installation. We also fitted solar panels and a lithium battery for clean energy, enabled wheelchair access, and printed an infographic to teach guests about the effects of fossil fuels.
This Biobus travelled to little-known areas across Ireland, successfully teaching kids to be champions of sustainability!
