Two people can serve ice cream internally from the van, and it can also be useful to have additional promotional staff around the van to help distribute cones, tubs or even your product samples. 

Depending on the type of ice cream van you need, we have a full array of standalone power solutions for hire, such as generators, and eco-friendly lithium batteries, or running the equipment from its engine in the traditional way. 

We would recommend allowing five to seven metres in your location or venue pitch for the ice cream van. We can also create and supply A-boards, signage, seating, flags, umbrellas and custom branded structures, to highlight the vehicle and help you make the most out of your location.

Our ice cream vans can be set up and ready to go within 5 minutes – you can be serving up soft scoop in no time! 

The interior facilities ultimately depend on the type of van that you select and what you would like to use it for. Vans for ice cream service come with fridges, freezers and ice cream machines – we can even provide the ice creams and all the utensils you need for the length of the campaign.  

For alternative uses, we also have ice cream vans that can be fully converted to your specification and are available for purchase after the campaign.
