Our ever-popular ice cream van, fully wrapped for Specsavers, was fitted with chest freezers, allowing them to hand out ice lollies throughout the summer.

 

Lloyds

Our iconic ice cream van, fully wrapped for Lloyds Bank, features a Cappi Agiani soft scoop ice cream machine and deep chest freezers. 

 

Ninja

Our classic 1980s Ford Transit ice cream van, fully wrapped for Ninja to promote their Creamy home blending machines, features original deep chest freezers, an additional chiller fridge, and a prep area for frozen yogurt samples.

 

Netflix

Netflix partnered with us to create a unique Witcher-themed ice cream van for their UK tour. Complete with a bespoke rooftop coin and bespoke black ice cream.

Frequently asked questions

How many people can serve in the van?

Two people can serve ice cream internally from the van, and it can also be useful to have additional promotional staff around the van to help distribute cones, tubs or even your product samples.  

What overall space is required?

We would recommend allowing five to seven metres in your location or venue pitch for the ice cream van. We can also create and supply A-boards, signage, seating, flags, umbrellas and custom branded structures, to highlight the vehicle and help you make the most out of your location.

What is the power set up?

Depending on the type of ice cream van you need, we have a full array of standalone power solutions for hire, such as generators, and eco-friendly lithium batteries, or running the equipment from its engine in the traditional way.

How long does it take to set up?

Our ice cream vans can be set up and ready to go within 5 minutes – you can be serving up soft scoop in no time! 

Does it come with interior facilities?

The interior facilities ultimately depend on the type of van that you select and what you would like to use it for. Vans for ice cream service come with fridges, freezers and ice cream machines – we can even provide the ice creams and all the utensils you need for the length of the campaign.  

For alternative uses, we also have ice cream vans that can be fully converted to your specification and are available for purchase after the campaign. 

What ice cream flavours can I have?

We can provide a wide range of classic soft scoop flavours, a sample (but not exhaustive!) list is below:

If you’re looking for something a little bit different, we can supply custom small batch glorious flavours for your campaign such as salted caramel, Cinnamon, Lemon and stem ginger and marmalade!

How much does the VW camper van weigh?

Completely unloaded, our VW camper vans weigh 1.1 tonnes. Furniture, product samples and people will add to the total weight of this.
