Design / CAD and renders – Our team can draw branded sketches, ideal for the pitching stage. From there, we take your best assets and place them onto a 2D vehicle template. If you’d like accurate floor plans or immersive 3D renders and flythroughs, we can produce them for a detailed preview of how your vehicle will look inside and out! 

Vehicle build services – Once the design’s agreed, we can get customising. With in-house fabricators, electricians, carpenters and project coordinators working together, you can expect a professional build service that puts you first. No fuss, and only great communication. 2.  Logistical support

Your vehicle must arrive on time and with the right power setup for your promotional campaign. Although we provide a driver, power cable, RAMS, and derigging as part of our standard logistics service, you can also choose between enhanced and ultimate packages if you’d like extra support. 

So, why are logistical services so important? 

You may need a trailer – Not all vehicles should be driven over long distances, especially classic or vintage models. In such cases, we’ll use a ULEZ-compliant trailer to haul your vehicle to and from each venue.

Setup times will vary – All locations are different. Some require a banksman, while others restrict access to the early hours. With enhanced logistics, we can deliver your vehicle at any time of day, ready for your campaign to go live in the morning. 

Problems can arise – Depending on the package, we can plan the optimal route to each site, ensure you’re set up for power, and provide turnkey campaign management – taking full responsibility and dealing with issues as they happen.

3. Sampling and fulfilment

Sampling will get people interested in your brand, but crafting and storing your samples can be a hassle. That’s where our sampling and fulfilment services can help!

Sample production – If you don’t have a supplier, we can produce all manner of treats for you and brand extras like cups, tubs, bottles and wrappers. Our team is so good that Netflix asked us to come up with a unique, Witcher-themed ice cream to promote the show. We follow UK regulations and can even create gluten- and lactose-free options.

Storage & replenishment – Your samples must be stored somewhere safe and hygienic, and they may need an ambient temperature to prevent spoiling. Tell us in advance and we can accommodate all stock as part of our campaign services and replenish these samples for each day of your promotional campaign!
