Frequently asked questions

How many passengers can I have on the bus?

If you wish to take invited guests for a tour around a city, the maximum seated capacity on board a Routemaster is around 64 people.

What is the power set up?

This is totally dependent on the bus you’re hiring.  Standard passenger Routemaster buses don’t generally have additional power, which is why they are particularly suited to product launches and light sampling activations. 

We can, however, include some standalone power supplies for PA and AV systems, including compact lithium batteries. 

If it’s sound system installation or interior customisation that you’re looking for, we have double decker buses that are used exclusively for bespoke non-passenger activations. 

How long does it take to set up?

Standard buses will arrive at the agreed start location - simply greet and seat your passengers and you’re on your way!
