We would suggest that two people can serve comfortably in the pop-up camper bar for sampling activity.  

Depending on the space you have around the van, you may also find it useful to have additional staff positioned outside, giving away samples.  

For a DJ booth set up, there is plenty of space for a performer and sound system.  

The VW camper bars have a 16 amp power supply for an external hook up at your venue/location.  

If there is no power supply available, you can easily get up and running using our small suitcase generators or we even have lithium batteries solutions available for hire. These compact options can fit easily into the vehicle, and the battery option is an eco-friendlier alternative to petrol/diesel-based power.   

We have a range of power options available that can be rented for the length of your activity.   

If you have a set location space, we would suggest allowing for some additional space around the vehicle for signage, A-boards, banners and flags. If you are looking for promotional materials for your activation or campaign, check out our online store.  

For outdoor usage including a chiller fridge you can be up and running in 20 minutes.  

We would suggest reaching out to your pitch supplier to check individual set up arrangements. For example, if you are looking at inner-city locations, it is important to locate where the vehicle drop-off points are before the event so that set up goes as smoothly as possible.   

The camper bars come as standard with two double glass-fronted bar fridges to keep your drinks refreshingly cold, as well as a sink unit, hot and cold running water, power points and lighting. 

For a music set up, we can fit a sound desk and speaker system.
