Frequently asked questions

How many people can serve from the Defender?

Two people can serve side by side from our pop-up models. 

Our rear door mounted counters are better suited to one server, but we can easily include extra bar counters to support any staff size requirement. 

What is the power set up?

The power setup for your event depends on you're requirements, but in general we recommend a lithium ion battery/solar panel hybrid setup. 

It's green and very efficient, so you can often go a whole day without recharging the battery. 

How long does it take to set up?

For both Defender models setup takes a matter of minutes.  

For the rear door counter bar all you have to do is tighten a few screws and you're ready to go. 

For the Pop-up variant you just pop the hatch, lock in some bolts and you're ready to serve. 

What staffing options do you provide?

We can provide drivers who will support your activation. We understand that with events there is only so much you can prepare for – our drivers and event co-ordinators are very experienced and are fantastic problem solvers for any last-minute questions or snags.
