They’re also exempt from emission charges, which are common in built-up areas. 

Then there’s on-site power to think about. With Promohire, you can have a lithium power pack, and solar panels installed to ensure your whole campaign’s as green as possible. A great alternative to everyday generators which can be loud and run on fossil fuels. 

So which vehicles are available? Our fleet includes electric taxis, milk floats, sampling vans and exhibition vehicles. But if you have something else in mind, we can source that vehicle for you and fully transform it to suit your brand. 

We work hard to make our fleet and methods as sustainable as possible. That’s why our classic and vintage vehicles are transported by low-emission trailers, and we have several Euro-6 compliant buses.

Frequently asked questions

Can you provide food and drink?

Yes, depending on the activity, we can provide food and drink for your promotional vehicle. Surplus stock may require a chiller or conventional event van.  

For previous campaigns we’ve supplied ingredients such as freshly baked bacon rolls, tea and coffee making items – just let us know what you need and we’ll work with you to make it happen. 

What staffing options do you provide?

We provide drivers as standard across all our vehicles, but we also offer campaign staffing services.

What is the range of an E-Maxus?

Our E-Maxus can reach motorway speeds and has a range of around 100-140 miles – more than enough to keep you up and running around a city all day. 

For longer distances factor charging points into your location planning and time sheets - it takes about 45 minutes to fast charge. 

How much product can I store in the E-Maxus van?

You can see the dimensions available for product in the image gallery above, but the maximum payload is 865kg
