Frequently asked questions
How many people can serve in the van?
For our Citroen Relay and Lo-loader van hires we would recommend two to three people work within the catering space. However, you can have as many promotional staff outside the van as you like, helping to distribute samples!
If you’re planning to use the van for giveaways and product sampling, three to four people can work comfortably from the van.
What is the power set up?
Our catering and sampling van hires have a range of power options, as a standard they have a 32amp external hook-up point but we can make alterations to the van to allow for gas powered appliances
If you need additional power, we can supply generators, gas bottles and compact lithium battery solutions.
How long does it take to set up?
Set up time for sampling or catering events depends on the appliances you require. If you have packaged food and drink or other products to give away throughout your activity then you can be up and running in a matter of minutes!
What staffing options do you provide?
We can provide professional catering staff including chefs for full catering activations.
If you are planning a city-centre sampling activity then we can supply promotional support staff to draw a crowd and distribute your samples and giveaways.
Alternatively, if you need help with managing the event, our event managers can be on hand to guide you through the set up and breakdown for the length of your activity.
We understand that unexpected obstacles can occur on the day of an event – even with careful planning! Our staff are highly experienced in events and are active problem solvers so can quickly adapt to or help resolve any challenges that occur.

Yes, we can! Just let us know your requirements and how many servings you’re looking to provide each day of your campaign.
We’ve supplied everything from tea & coffee, to bacon rolls, ice cream and vegan burgers to ensure that our clients can win the hearts (and stomachs!) of their audience.
Does it come with interior facilities?
Other than the kitchen standard issue set-up with prep counters and hot/cold running water, additional kitchen equipment can be hired from, and fitted by us in-house including:
