How many people can you serve in the van?

When it comes to a mobile meeting space with an AV unit, the interior seating allows up to 3 people to sit comfortably.

What overall space is required?

Our branded VW camper vans are compact, so they don’t need much additional space for swing doors and serving hatches.

Some of our clients find that an effective set up for their activation or campaign is to use banners, flags and branded gazebos alongside their van to draw a crowd. We can supply all of these for you.

What is the power set up?

Both models of VW camper have a 16 Amp power supply for an external hook up. Depending on usage we have additional generators and lithium batteries for hire as alternative power sources.

How long does it take to set up?

In general, your activity can be up and running in 20 minutes.

For outdoor use, we would recommend checking set-up arrangements with your location/pitch supplier so we can get you up and running quickly. If you’re looking at an inner-city location, it is worth checking where the vehicle drop-off points are so that set up goes as smoothly as possible.

Does it come with interior facilities?

The interior of the branded VW campers can be completely customised – whether that’s a completely clear space or fitted with seating, tables and AV screens. We can even take your own designs and build a bespoke fit-out for your activity.

What are the dimensions of the vehicle?

Exterior camper van dimensions are: L: 4.5m x H: 1.96m x W: 1.75m.

How much does the VW camper van weigh?

Completely unloaded, our VW camper vans weigh 1.1 tonnes. Furniture, product samples and people will add to the total weight of this.
