Well, if you are planning a campaign in a key location used by thousands of people, you need to have the supplies to keep up with the demand.
If you plan on giving out tons of samples you won’t always be able to fit it all in your vehicle. You will need a professional service to store it in product appropriate conditions.
Appropriate conditions might only mean basic dry storage for clothing or it might mean refrigerated storage for quick and easy snacks such as cold drinks, ice cream etc.
Whatever the case you need an experienced service that can adapt quickly to suit your requirements.
The main reason to use us is that we have extensive experience, and you get to minimise the amount of outsourcing and lines of communication required to keep your campaign organised. It’s much less stressful when everyone is on the same page.
We do this a lot and are used to sourcing all kinds of campaign relevant items. If you wanted 2000 branded coffee cups or tote bags for example, we can source that and have it ready to go well ahead of your first activation day.
We can source, store and deliver a wide variety of food, drink and branded stock for your activation days as part of one integrated, convenient service.
The cost of this is hard to predict as we do get quite a large variation in what clients typically ask us to source or store, but on average sampling and fulfilment services cost about £200-£500 a week.
If you have extended or more involved requirements we can charge you a fixed fee instead of the standard rate.
It is important to remember that we are a promotional vehicle hire company first. Sampling & fulfilment is one of our additional services, dependent upon hiring a vehicle from our fleet.
This means that for extremely large or time critical fulfilment jobs we may not have the resources to support you, and you may be better off managing it internally.
