Promohire has been a brand experience and promotional vehicle hire and conversion company for over ten years.
Born out of sister company, Raccoon London, in 2011, our first hire vehicle was initially an experiment to fulfil a request for a camper van that could be wrapped in brand messaging. Although personal vans could be easily hired, vintage VW camper owners were understandably restrictive about customisations being made!
We saw an emerging market and demand for hire vehicles that could be completely transformed for brand activations and PR stunts, so we began building a fleet of over 20 types of unusual vintage vehicles and more conventional van hires.
Promohire and Raccoon now work together at our unique production and branding site in Kent, combining our shared knowledge of the vehicle and events industries. As well as vehicle hire, we provide full restoration, bespoke fit-out, mechanics, wrapping, promotional materials and campaign support services to household named brands and large agency clients across the UK.
And it doesn’t stop there – our online store allows brands and agencies to easily design and order their promotional materials for events.
Our founders, Gary Parker and Richard Clark, have an extensive knowledge of event and festival mechanics, and provide consultancy services for campaign logistics and location selection.
